Our IT client required training to engage and prepare young millennial consultants to assume greater leadership responsibility, build a stronger peer network and apply project management skills and tools.
Reassigned teams often, for each experiential component, to simulate their ever-changing project teams and provided exposure to corporate training curriculum required to advance as consultants.
