An established agricultural equipment manufacturer, wanted to build upon the success of an already strong team, achieving higher performance by replacing a we/they mentality with greater collaboration to grow market share and their dealer network.

The Solution

In the first of two half-day workshops scheduled 3 months apart, the team identifies gaps and potential action steps. Feedback is categorized into four improvement areas: Talent Development and Hiring, Bridge Communication Gaps and Channel Development. The second workshop features small cross-functional teams diving into the details and developing specific plans, timelines and responsibilities for each improvement area. Time between the workshops allowed decision-makers the opportunity to reflect and evaluate ideas.
